For countries outside the European Union, we will charge €30,- for the export documents.

All orders placed before 15 noon on Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day.
Delivery usually takes place within 1/2 working days.


All the products presented on our website are currently in stock in our warehouse. When you place an item into your shopping cart, we will check again to ensure it is in stock. The article will then be reserved for you. Occasionally, another customer may buy the last item at the same time, before we have been able to reserve it for you. You will then receive a message in your shopping cart that the item has sold out, or that no stock remains.
We treat our online product range and stock with the utmost care. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens a product is no longer in stock during the processing of an order, or it does not meet our quality requirements. In these cases, the purchase price will be refunded. 


Our payment options are tailored to the payment conditions we have agreed with you.
Dugros is entitled to refuse delivery until overdue invoices have been paid.


The invoices for both online and offline purchases will be visible in your online customer account.
Here, you can easily view the invoices and place any re-orders.

Did you receive a defective or an incomplete product? Then send an email to klantenservice@dugros.nlor contact your sales representative.
Please provide a clear description and photo of the defect/shortcoming and your purchase receipt. Once we receive this information, we will contact you as soon as possible.
We have a warranty period of 1 year for our products; wear and tear, or the improper use of an article, are not covered by the warranty.
Purchases can only be returned if an agreement is made with Dugros. The costs and risk associated with sending postage paid goods to the address designated by Dugros, and for resending them to another party, belong to the other party.
